National Day Long Weekend

Frans spent the National day and first day of the long weekend with mormor and morfar at the holiday house so that C & M could have some friends over for drinks and food;) We then all spent the weekend out in the sun, swimming in the lake or the "plaskepool" and having bbq's.

We're back!

It might seem like we have disapeared. But no! A lot has happened, Frans will start day care in a couple of weeks and C will have to go back and work for 4 days (At least 3 days of).

Frans went to the 18 months check up today, hardly said a word when he got his shot and behaved very good, pointed out all the things the doctor wanted him to point out at the doll, much to C's relief.

Happy Birthday Morfar!

Today is Frans morfars birthday!

Sorry for no posts in a long time. We have no image editor at the moment so that's why. Spent some time at the holiday house during the weekend, electricity went with the storm so Friday night was a bit dark. Frans tried turning the lights on and did not quite understand that it wasn't possible.

Frans favourite song at the moment is probably Petter and Säkerts latest one. Swedish hip hop for you non swedish speaking readers;)

Singing in the Rain

Well almost, winter so far has been absolutely terrible. Had one morning of snow, when we litterarly threw Frans out, he did not enjoy it at all. Since Christmas it has been raining almost daily, except for one day last weekend when we had the storm. So, Frans knows the Göteborg weather from start, even if we have never seen this much rain in winter time.

Frans has learnt the noble art of kissing and hugging everyone. Mostly he makes smacking noices, trying to sound like he is kissing someone;)

Tomorrow is Fettisdag and Frans will get to try his first Semla!

Frans Update

Ok. So I think you all know Frans is walking, at the moment it is more of running most of the time. He likes the vacum cleaner, and we are hoping that will stick so that he happily will clean his own room when he is 15.

He talks a lot, not that we understand much of it but he says words like:
katt=cat (probably his first real word)
mamma
pappa
macka=sandwich
gottgott= jummy!
woffwoff=dog
ärta but he acctually says ätta=pea

Frans spent last week being sick, probably got it from girlfriend Astrid and then in his turn gave it to Elias.

Was going to spend the weekend at the holliday house but there seems to be quite a storm on its way so we're staying in the city.

Long time

We seem to be real bad at posting at the moment. We can't really blame the renovation anymore since the only thing really missing is bords. Maybe we are just too tired after Christmas?

Anyway to sum it up. Spent Christmas at home with mormor, morfar, farfar, farmor, faster Kristina and farbror Richard. Frans got heaps and heaps of presents of course, among these a miniature electrolux vacum cleaner, a clown, clothes and a play tunnel. Next day was spent with Cs uncle and his family. Frans then got lovely duna covers while Cs cousins got clothes and games. Most of us had a cold, probably due to Frans giving it to us!

Spent some time at the holiday house and then went back in to town for New Years which was spent at home together with P&M and C&K and Elias. Had a fantastic dinner and great champagne. Saw lots and lots of fireworks from the balcony. Both Frans and Elias were a sleep by 12, but Frans got to see the traditional 5 o'clock fireworks from GP.
